I am so excited to work with you! When I got married, I was young, eager and was not sure of who I was or how to find my voice in planning my wedding. Now that I have harnessed my inner J LO (I mean, can we be friends if you haven't seen The Wedding Planner?), I make it my mission to ensure my brides are EMPOWERED to create the wedding of THEIR dreams! So what does a wedding planner do? Consider me your wedding day muscles!! From the first consultation to the final send-off, I will be there every step of the way to ensure a flawless and stress-free experience so you can live your DREAM day.
When I am not planning a dream wedding or an awesome event, you can find me at the pool, the beach, the gym or hunting Tic Tok for the best San Diego eats! I'm sure you're wondering.. and YES I am a HUGE Swiftie! I love to hike, stay active, and spend time with my wonderful, supportive husband of 15 years, Jason, and our kids- Jake, Zoey, and our fur baby, Oso. We are long-time San Diego residents and love it here!

Hi there! I'm Maggie and I couldn't be more thrilled to join you on your journey to the big day. As your lead planner, I'll be sure to go the extra AISLE to ensure that you don't lift a single finger.
When I was a toddler, my favorite thing to watch was my parent's wedding video. For so long, I felt upset that I wasn't invited to that wedding. As I got older, I learned it was because I wasn't born yet (Haha). That early fascination blossomed into a passion for creating unforgettable events, from birthdays (or birth months) to fundraisers, to music events, and of course, weddings.
Like many, I've always dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl, And now, I'm excited to help turn your dreams into reality, treating your special day as if it were my own.
Beyond weddings and events, I spend my days in the fast-paced world of business development at a startup. But outside of work,
you'll find me exploring new destinations around the globe, creating content, indulging in culinary adventures, chasing after stunning sunsets (it's the only cardio I do), lifting weights, immersing myself in music experiences and experimenting new recipes.

We carefully curated this package for the Empowered bride that has everything decided. THIS IS THE PACKAGE FOR YOU IF....You have already selected all of your elements for your big day. You have decided on your vendors, decor, dress...even the pen you want your guests to sign your guest book with. You are now ready to pass on your perfectly created and planned wedding to the expert to run your day!
This package is for the Bride that is ready to add in some extra wedding creativity and assistance to bring YOUR vision to life. Everything in our "ForEvermore Day of coordination" is included and so much MORE! We create a vision board with you, and even connect you with our favorite vendors and our rentals list. We also create a custom planning tool for you in Aisle Planner* our wedding planning software of choice.

Before we begin...
We are so excited you are interested in our services. You may notice we offer a few options. However, the main difference between these services are Coordination (AKA: Day of Coordination) and Planning (Partial or Full service). This can be challenging to navigate as the difference between a coordinator and a planner is not always clear. Luckily for you, we offer BOTH. Our services just differ between the two.
Day of Coordination is just that.. we make sure that YOUR plans are perfectly executed on the day of your event. We ensure your vendors arrive, help with very light decor and ensure final details are secured. We ensure your timeline is executed according to your plans and que your bridal party and officiant where to go and stand etc.
Planning (Partial and Full planning)
Unlike coordination. Planning is where our team assists with vendor referrals and selection, design assistance, we help make decisions with you. We make sure your checklists are completed and more. Please note that partial and full planning have different responsibilities by our team.

ForEvermore is pleased to partner with the Chandelier Room in Carlsbad, San Diego, CA. This location is perfect for a micro-wedding up to 55 guests. Just down the street from the lively town of Carlsbad and the beach, it's a perfect spot for a ceremony and reception. ForEvermore provides day of coordination, planning services, and venue management services for location. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Stephany, you seem great, but why should I choose you and your team to plan my wedding? There are so many to choose from!
Why should I pay for a planner?
I could list so many reasons, but it comes down to one major thing.
PEACE OF MIND. You have been planning, anticipating, dreaming about this day for so long. Having a planner takes the stress out of the orchestration of the day. This ensures that all of your hard work does not leave you with a "I wish I had help" or "I missed eating my meal because I was making sure the cake was ready" or "my dad missed this memory because he was making sure the DJ knew what song to play".. I take that away! You can be at ease knowing that all of the details are done... And you are free to enjoy your day.. And your loved ones can too..
Yes! Evermore is a full Limited Liability Company with a San Diego business license. We are also event insured. We would be happy to present the policy to the venue if needed!
I love this question! It is my passion to make sure you have your perfect day. Your wedding is not just another "event" for me to add to my list of jobs. Your wedding is my wedding. I take care and consideration into all of my weddings like they are my own. I take careful consideration of each and every wedding I choose to take. I ensure that I have the time for each and do not overbook myself or my team. I do this to ensure that each event receives the attention and quality it deserves. I care about my couples. Most venues require this to ensure that your day runs smoothly and that all vendors you hire have a contact on the day of your event. While venue managers are my right hand on the day of your wedding, they are limited to what they can assist with. Our planners oversee the entire event from start to finish.
